SHIPMENTS

BASSINI BOUTIQUE is a local and online shop based in Italy. All Customers who place an online order establish a commercial relationship with BASSINIBOUTIQUE.IT and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. You can find any information regarding shipping times and costs in the section below:

Shipping in Italy

  • Standard shipping (1-2 working days) is free in Italy for amounts over € 48.91. For amounts below € 48.91 it costs € 4.90.
  • Local shipping in 4 working hours is free and is intended for deliveries within a radius of 12 km and on orders with a minimum value of € 50. This shipping option is displayed in check out only in compliance with the parameters mentioned.
  • Local collection (at the Bassini Boutique store) is free and can be done within 1 working hour from the creation of the order and during the opening hours of the store. The payment methods we accept for local collection are prepaid (eg credit card, paypal, bank transfer). In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery can be made only after the payment has been received by BASSINIBOUTIQUE.IT.

International shipping

BASSINIBOUTIQUE.IT will not be responsible for customs taxes or duties for shipments / returns from non-EU countries. For these countries, taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

For European Union member countries, delivery to most destinations in 3-4 working days. BASSINIBOUTIQUE.IT delivers to all countries in the world via GLS, BRT and FedEx guaranteeing maximum speed and accuracy in shipping. See costs and times on the table below:

BASSINIBOUTIQUE.IT ships within a maximum of 1 working day from the day of receipt of the order. Our couriers, GLS, BRT and FedEx they deliver from Monday to Friday during office hours. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), the goods will remain in storage for 5 days at the area branch without paying any additional inventory. After 5 days the goods will be returned to our warehouse and the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

RESI

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the purchased product by notifying us within 14 days from the delivery date. Choose between refund, store credit or exchange and go to the "Payments and Refunds"to know the possible costs. The conditions inherent to the product that we ask you are:

  • it must not have been used, so it must be intact
  • it must not have suffered any kind of damage
  • it must have the original sealed tag and be equipped with its original packaging.

To make the return

You must send us an email at customer@bassiniboutique.it specifying the items you wish to return and the desired compensation, indicating:

  • The return number that refers to order no .: (The order number can be found in the email we sent you when you ordered the product or by accessing the site under "my account")
  • IBAN of your current account:
  • Name and Surname of the current account holder:

(IBAN AND THE NAME AND SURNAME OF THE HOLDER OF THE BANK ACCOUNT SHOULD BE INDICATED ONLY IF YOU HAVE PAID YOUR ORDER BY CASH ON DELIVERY OR BY BANK TRANSFER. THESE DATA WILL BE USED TO MAKE THE REFUND ON THE INDICATED CURRENT ACCOUNT). IN CASE OF PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, AMAZON PAY, APPLE PAY AND GOOGLE PAY THE REFUND WILL BE MADE WITH THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD YOU CHOSEN AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER.

After sending the email, as indicated above:

  • You will receive a confirmation email from us.
  • Once we have received our confirmation email, we will send you the instructions to ship the return.

BASSINIBOUTIQUE.IT will not be responsible for customs taxes or duties for shipments / returns from non-EU countries. For these countries, taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
